Georgea is a dynamic behavioral health executive, strategist, and licensed clinician with a passion for transforming systems of care through innovation, cultural humility, and strong operational leadership. She leads collaborative initiatives that strengthen behavioral health systems and drive sustainable change at both national and international levels.
Georgea brings over a decade of leadership experience in designing, implementing, and evaluating behavioral health and crisis response programs across diverse communities. She is currently pursuing a PhD in Business Psychology, expanding her expertise in organizational behavior, leadership, and systemic change. Her academic background also includes an MBA and a Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology, and she is a graduate of the Executive Director Leadership Program at the Center for Nonprofit Management in Los Angeles.
Fluent in both clinical practice and executive operations, Georgea has overseen multiple behavioral health programs and led consulting efforts advancing crisis care across the U.S. Her career has been deeply rooted in advocating for families, elevating culturally responsive services, and advancing recovery-oriented systems of care.
