Peter Molyneux

Peter is the England Liaison for the Global Leadership Exchange in Mental Health. He is an experienced chair and non-executive director and his roles have included chairing Sussex Partnership NHS Foundation Trust, the North London Mental Health Partnership, the London Mental Health and Employment Partnership, and serving on the boards of NHS Providers, the Mental Health Network and Recovery Focus.

He has developed and delivered programmes that seek to change the narrative around mental health, build communities differently and create a culture of learning across organisational boundaries – particularly including housing, education and employment.

As a coach he works with Boards to develop more effective governance and promote inclusive and diverse leadership cultures. He is co-founder of the Health and Care LGBTQ+ Leaders’ Network and a Visiting Fellow at the John Madejski Centre for Reputation at Henley Business School (University of Reading). He is a Trustee of Think Ahead.
