As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) and Licensed Clinical Addictions Specialist (LCAS), her foundation in family systems and recovery-focused care has shaped her approach to working with individuals, families, and entire organizations. With hands-on experience in recovery centers and healthcare systems, she is especially skilled in rapid crisis resolution, the “Crisis Now Model,” and trauma-informed care.
With over a decade of professional experience, she has successfully led teams, developed leaders, and designed comprehensive learning and development strategies across behavioral health organizations.
