New video shares highlights from the Leadership Exchange 2026 – Canada

A huge thank you to everyone who joined us for the Leadership Exchange 2026 in person and online. Your energy, insights, openness, and willingness to share experiences made this gathering truly special.

As our highlights film touches on, throughout the week, we explored new ideas, strengthened connections, challenged perspectives, and continued important conversations around leadership, collaboration, and global impact. What makes the Leadership Exchange so valuable is the people who make up this international community.

To our Match hosts, First Nation and Indigenous peoples, Elders, speakers, facilitators, partners, and attendees: thank you for your contributions, engagement, and generosity throughout the programme.

We could not have delivered such a successful event without the hard work, commitment and support of our partners. We are especially grateful to Stephanie Priest and her team at the Public Health Agency of Canada for all their leadership and efforts to host the Leadership Exchange as well as our colleagues within the wider Government of Canada.
